Pinkbot Flex Courier Agreement
Version 2026-11 · Effective October 5, 2026
1. About this agreement
This agreement is between you and the Pinkbot company that operates in your market: Tiny Mile US, Corp. for deliveries in the United States, and Tiny Brain Robotics Inc. for deliveries in Canada ("Pinkbot", "we", "us"). It governs your use of the Pinkbot Driver app to receive and perform delivery offers as a flex courier.
Pinkbot's business is robot delivery. Restaurants and other merchants contract Pinkbot to fulfil deliveries of their orders, and pay Pinkbot a fee for each delivery we fulfil. We offer deliveries to flex couriers only when our robots don't have the capacity or capability to fulfil them.
You accept this agreement by tapping "I agree" in the Driver app. We record the version you accepted and when. The local addenda at the end of this agreement apply where you perform deliveries. If an addendum conflicts with the main text, the addendum governs.
2. Independent contractor relationship
You are an independent business, not an employee, partner or agent of Pinkbot. You decide whether, when, where and how long to be online, and which offers to accept. There are no shifts, schedules or minimum hours. You may decline any offer, and declining never affects the offers you receive.
You may work for other delivery platforms or businesses at the same time, including competitors. You provide and pay for your own vehicle, phone, data plan, fuel, maintenance and other costs of your business.
3. Eligibility and verification
To receive offers you must be at least 18, complete identity verification, and keep your account details accurate. You must hold any licence, registration and insurance the law requires for the vehicle you use, including local e-bike and scooter delivery registration where it applies. Your account is personal. You may not share it or let anyone else perform deliveries under it.
4. Delivery offers
Each offer shows one upfront amount (the "Offer Amount"): a single, competitive rate for that delivery. Offer Amounts may vary from delivery to delivery, for example with distance, demand, time of day, and how long an offer has been open. Each offer also shows the pickup and drop-off, the estimated distance and travel time, and an estimated hourly rate. Distances, times and hourly rates are estimates to help you decide. They are not part of your pay.
An open offer's amount may increase while it is shown. If the amount changes while you are accepting, the app asks you to review the new amount before you are assigned. If it increased, you receive the higher amount.
When you accept an offer, the Offer Amount is fixed. We do not reduce it, and we do not deduct fees or commissions from it.
5. Pay for accepted deliveries
5.1 Your compensation for an accepted delivery is exactly the Offer Amount shown when you accepted it. No amount is added for distance, time, waiting, extra stops or anything else, and no amount is subtracted.
5.2 Paid if the change isn't caused by you. We pay the full Offer Amount if, after you accept, the delivery is cancelled, changed, reassigned or taken away from you for a reason that isn't yours, including when:
- the customer or the merchant cancels the order;
- the merchant cannot prepare or hand over the order, or has another restaurant issue;
- the customer collects the order another way, such as from a Pinkbot robot;
- we reassign the delivery to another courier or a robot, or change how it is fulfilled;
- our app, systems, dispatch or operations cause the delivery not to go ahead.
5.3 Not paid if the assignment ends because of you. We do not pay the Offer Amount, or any part of it, if the assignment ends because:
- you accepted the offer by accident, and tell us or ask to be removed;
- before pickup, your vehicle breaks down, or you otherwise cannot continue the delivery;
- before pickup, you stop responding and we cannot reach you after several attempts, so we remove you so the order can still be delivered. We keep time and location records of the delivery and of our attempts to reach you;
- before pickup, you do not perform the delivery as this agreement requires, for example by unreasonable delay, ignoring pickup or drop-off instructions, unsafe conduct, fraud, or misuse of the order.
5.4 When we remove you from a delivery we tell you the reason and whether you will be paid. If you think the reason is wrong, contact support within 30 days. If we find the cause was on our side, we pay the full Offer Amount in your next payout.
5.5 Outside the addenda, payment is all or nothing. We do not pay part of an Offer Amount.
6. No guaranteed minimum
Pinkbot does not guarantee any minimum payment for a delivery, an hour, a day, a week, an online session, or any other measure or period of work. You earn only the Offer Amounts of the offers you accept, as set out in section 5, and any bonus for which you meet the program terms. You are not paid for time spent online, waiting for offers, or travelling before you accept an offer.
We do not promise that offers will be available, or available at any particular amount. Estimated hourly rates, past earnings, and examples in our marketing are not promises of future earnings.
Pinkbot strives to make every delivery offer a compelling and predictable earning, presented as one upfront number you can accept or skip.
7. Customers and gratuities
7.1 Pinkbot is contracted only by merchants, to fulfil their deliveries. Pinkbot does not collect courier gratuities, and is not responsible for paying gratuities to couriers. Any gratuity a customer chooses to pay through a merchant or marketplace is a matter between the customer, the merchant and that marketplace.
7.2 The Offer Amount is your full compensation from Pinkbot for a delivery. It is set as a fair and competitive rate, as explained in section 4, and is fixed when you accept. It includes no uncertain or additional amount, such as a gratuity, and does not change based on anything the customer pays.
8. Payouts and taxes
We pay your full unpaid balance every week, currently on Wednesday, through our payments partner Trolley, to the bank account you add in Bank & Tax Info. Once your balance reaches $50 you can cash out at any time. You must finish identity verification, add a bank account and submit a tax form that we have reviewed before we can pay you. Earnings you make before then are kept and paid once you are set up. If a payout fails or is returned, the amount goes back to your balance and is paid once your bank details are fixed.
Bonuses, such as registration, delivery-milestone and referral bonuses, are paid under the program terms shown in the app, separately from delivery pay.
You are responsible for your own taxes. In the US we issue a Form 1099-NEC when the law requires it, currently for payments of $2,000 or more in a calendar year.
9. Performing deliveries
Follow the law, including traffic and food-safety rules, and the reasonable pickup and drop-off instructions shown in the app. Keep orders sealed, and take a photo at drop-off when the app asks. Some deliveries involve a hand-off to or from a Pinkbot robot. Follow the in-app steps for those. Do not deliver alcohol, age-restricted or prohibited items unless the app shows the order is enabled for you and you complete any required ID check.
While you are online or on a delivery, the app uses your location, including in the background, to offer, track and verify deliveries. Tracking stops when you go offline. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Ratings and account status
Customers can rate deliveries. We may also look at on-time performance and deliveries you are removed from for a reason on your side. We use these to keep service quality high and to review accounts. They never count offers you decline, or deliveries changed or cancelled on our side.
We may suspend or deactivate your account for a material or repeated breach of this agreement, safety concerns, fraud, or a legal requirement. We will tell you why in writing, and you can ask support to review the decision.
11. Insurance and responsibility
You are responsible for insuring your vehicle and yourself as the law requires, and for your conduct while delivering. You agree to indemnify Pinkbot for claims caused by your breach of this agreement or your unlawful or negligent conduct.
12. Disputes
Contact support first. Most pay questions are resolved there.
13. Changes and contact
We will notify you in the app of any change to this agreement, and ask you to accept the new version before your next offer. Support: in-app Help, +1-740-PINKBOT, or support@pinkbot.com.
Addendum A: Ontario (Tiny Brain Robotics Inc.)
- Minimum pay per assignment. For each pay period, if your Offer Amounts are less than the Ontario general minimum wage for your engaged time on accepted assignments, we pay the difference as a top-up and tell you in writing. Engaged time runs from acceptance to completion.
- Cancellations. If we, the merchant or the customer cancel, you receive at least minimum wage for your engaged time up to the cancellation, including any return trip, or the Offer Amount if higher. If you stop with reasonable cause, such as a breakdown, time up to your last work is paid at minimum wage.
- Gratuities. Pinkbot does not collect courier gratuities.
- Information. You receive how pay is calculated with each offer, and a statement of pay and start and end times within 24 hours of each assignment.
- Removal. We tell you in writing why you are removed.
Addendum B: Jersey City, New Jersey
- We show the anticipated travel time with each offer. We pay at least weekly, and you may decline any offer without penalty.
- Pinkbot does not collect courier gratuities.
