Pinkbot Loyalty
Knows every regular.
Brings them back.
Pinkbot learns what each guest orders and when, like Maria’s two al pastor every Friday at 7. When a regular misses their usual, Pinkbot texts them from your number before they’d usually order, with an offer on the dish they love. Every order also counts toward a free one, with no card to carry.

No contract. Guests reply STOP to stop.
From every order to their next one. Pinkbot texts regulars when they’re late.
Every text has a reason. Written from the guest’s own orders, in your voice.
When a regular is late
Orders every Friday · missed last week
When a reward is close
9 of 10 orders · always gets the burrito
When you add a dish they’d like
Orders vegetarian every time
Only guests who asked. They tick the box when they order or book, or say yes on a call. STOP ends it.
No discounts for guests already coming. Offers wait until a regular is late for them, so you don’t pay for orders you’d get anyway.
One text a week, at most. However many offers you run, no guest hears from you more often.

Questions owners ask.
- What does Pinkbot look at?
- Each guest’s orders with you: what they ordered, on which day, at what time, how often and how much. Guests from the delivery apps join when they order from you directly.
- How does it know a regular is late?
- From their own rhythm: a regular is late once twice their usual gap has passed. That’s two weeks for a weekly regular and two months for a monthly one. New guests get a thank-you instead.
- Who gets my texts?
- Only guests who asked for them, by ticking the box when they order or book, or saying yes on a call. They reply STOP to stop.
- How do rewards work?
- Every order with you counts, matched by phone number. On the 10th, the guest’s favorite item is free. You choose how many orders it takes and the most it can be worth.
- How do you know the texts worked?
- One in ten late regulars gets no text, picked at random. The difference between the two groups is what the texts added.
- What do I control?
- The amounts, the reward, and a monthly limit on discounts. You can rewrite any text, or tap Send on a slow night and Pinkbot picks guests who’ve come on that night before.
- What number do texts come from?
- Your restaurant’s own texting number, set up in your name. Replies come to your tablet.
- What does it cost?
- $1 a month, plus what each text costs us, with no markup. Rewards and coupons are included; you pay only for the discounts guests use.
