Each company’s published prices, checked in October 2026. A year assumes 300 orders a month at $30 each and leaves out card processing for every service. Owner and ChowNow publish your app under your own Apple developer account, which costs $99 a year and is counted here, and ChowNow’s first year includes setup. Toast publishes no price for the plan with its app; $299 a month is what Restaurant Dive reported in October 2024, and the plan runs only on Toast’s own POS.

Questions restaurants ask.

What does it cost?
$1 a month, or C$1 in Canada. No commission on any order, no setup fee and no contract.
Do I need a new website?
No. Add an Order button to the website you have, or use your ordering site on its own. It has your menu, photos, hours and reviews.
Where does the menu come from?
We copy it from your Uber Eats, DoorDash or Grubhub page, or from photos or a PDF of your menu. You check it before you go live.
Can I keep Uber Eats and DoorDash?
Yes. Keep the apps for new customers, and send the people who come back to your own site.
How do guests pay?
With Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. They sign in with their phone number.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. Your link opens your page in the Pinkbot app from Google Play, or in the browser if they don’t have it. Your printed card has a second code for Android phones.
Who delivers?
Pinkbot does, in Miami, Jersey City, Philadelphia and Toronto. Guests can always choose pickup.
When do I get paid?
Every month, straight to your bank account.
