Questions owners ask.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. No monthly fee, no fee per reservation, no setup fee and no contract.
- Do I need new equipment?
- No. Reservations run on the tablet, laptop or phone you already use for orders.
- Can we still take phone bookings and walk-ins?
- Yes. Add them on the board, and keep a share of your tables for guests at the door.
- What if a guest doesn’t show up?
- Guests confirm by text and get a reminder. Mark a no-show and the guest’s page shows it next time. Deposits aren’t available yet.
- Where do bookings come from?
- The Pinkbot app and pink.bot, plus your booking link on your website, Google Maps and Instagram.
- Can I turn it off?
- Any time, in Settings. Bookings you already have stay unless you cancel them.
