- No. You keep your number, and Pinkbot answers every call. If you’d like your staff to pick up first, it takes only the calls they miss.
- How do I turn it on and off?
- When you start, your phone line is set to send calls to Pinkbot. We send you the steps for your phone company, or do it with you. After that, a switch on your tablet turns answering on and off.
- How do phone orders get paid?
- Pickup orders are paid at your counter. Delivery guests get a payment link by text, and Pinkbot delivers.
- What if it can’t help?
- It takes a message and texts it to you, or passes the call to your phone.
