From New York to the Mile Square
A traditional Italian gelato cafe on Washington Street.
Julietta Gelato Cafe began in New York City, with shops on Bleecker Street in the West Village and on Fifth Avenue in Midtown. In February 2025 it opened at 423 Washington Street in Hoboken, its first shop in New Jersey. Its gelato is crafted fresh daily in small batches, from authentic Italian recipes with locally sourced ingredients and the freshest dairy. The counter pairs it with Italian pastries baked fresh every day and espresso from freshly roasted beans.

The menu
From pistachio and stracciatella to salted caramel and butter.
The gelato runs from classics like pistachio and stracciatella to bold flavors like salted caramel and butter, with creamy vegan options and seasonal flavors that rotate through the year. It comes in a cup, on a cone, packed to take home, over a shot of espresso as an affogato, or blended into a milkshake. The pastry case holds bomboloni filled with cream or pistachio, croissants, cardamom buns and pain au chocolat.
