A sushi bar for rolls, poke and ramen on South Street.

Sushi and Poke is a Japanese kitchen on the 1300 block of South Street. Its sushi bar rolls everything from cucumber and salmon avocado rolls to more than twenty specialty rolls, and its kitchen sends out poke bowls, poke burritos, Japanese ramen, bento boxes and party trays of seven or eleven rolls. Gluten-free shoyu is on the sauce list, and the vegetarian rolls and the Hells Veggie bowl skip the fish. Diners rate it 4.7 stars on Google.

Pick any two, three or four classic rolls with miso soup or a garden salad, or go for a specialty roll: the Dragon, the Rainbow, the Godzilla, the Lovely Couple, the Pink Lady and the deep-fried C.C.C. Poke bowls and poke burritos take two or three proteins, and six signature bowls run from the Peach Bay, with tuna, salmon and a boiled egg, to the Hells Veggie, with tofu, mango and seaweed salad.
